I was very impressed right from the start. The service was very affordable, very personable, and the willingness to offer customized service was appreciated. The videos were clear, detailed and very relevant. The option of customizing the practical test to suit our applications is also very beneficial. Feedback from all levels has been great. The consensus from the supervisor level is one of relief. We now have a minimum standard in place where each operator undergoes exactly the same training, and this is followed up with a practical competency check. All results are then entered into a permanent database that is easily accessed at anytime….and we didn’t have to kill a tree to do it!
