Is there a contract?
No, for most of you who purchase modules or bundles, there is no contract. If you are a large company and we make a licencing agreement with you, there is a 2-year contract term. If I purchase modules or bundles for my account, do they expire?
NO. They never expire, nor is there ever an administration fee. So you can take advantage of volume discounts and never have to worry. Plus, there is a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee for unused modules and unopened employee bundles. What happens to unused modules from a bundle if an employee quits or gets fired?
The unused modules from their bundle are not transferable to another employee. (FYI, we keep employee records archived after the employee leaves, forever.) Can I buy a bundle and share the modules from that bundle among two or more employees?
No. The modules in a bundle can only be used by one employee only. If this concerns you, you can purchase individual modules. Keep in mind though, each module when bought in a bundle is as little as $7.40 each, a 59% discount from the cheapest rate that you can buy one module--$18 each. How long will it take me or my managers to learn this system?
