After running a $5m landscaping business with 60 employees, he decided to change careers and help fill a gap that always existed in his own landscape business— create a modern, cost-effective training system.

About three years ago, as internet broadband access grew, we began to see a growth in flash streaming on the internet. This opened many doors and created the opportunity to deliver interactive online learning to the young workers typical of the landscape business.
